12. The commemoration of Ashura on the 10th of Muharram every year serves to remind us of the sacrifices of the family of the Prophet (S). It also makes us aware of the people, then and now, who tried to destroy Islam and the family of the Prophet (S) and all that they stood for - as well as those who watched, listened and did nothing.

13. Who is Husayn ?
The leader of the small band of men who were martyred in Kerbala was none other than Husain (A), son of Ali bin Abi Talib (A) and grandson of the Holy Prophet (S). Who was Husain? He was the son of Fatima (A) for whom the Holy Prophet (S) said, "Husain is from me and I am from Husain. May God love whoever loves Husain." [1]

14. What is Ashura ?
In the month of Muharram 61 AH (approx. 20 October 680 AD), an event took place in Iraq at a place known as Kerbala on the bank of the river Euphrates. It seemed in those days insignificant from the historical point of view. A large army which had been mobilised by the Umayyad regime besieged a group of persons numbering less than a hundred and put them under pressure to pay allegiance to the Caliph of the time and submit to his authority. The small group resisted and a severe battle took place in which they were all killed.
It appeared at that time that like hundreds of similar events, this battle would be recorded in history and forgotten in time. However, the events that occurred on the 10th day of Muharram in Kerbala were to become a beacon and an inspiration for future generations.

15. When his son ALI AKBAR wanted to go to the battle field, IMAM HUSAYN said:
Oh God, be witness that I send them a person who looked just like your prophet in appearance, manner and eloquence and we look at him when we miss your prophet.
امام حسین هنگام به میدان رفتن فرزندش علی اکبر:«خدایا گواه باش شبیه ترین مردم به رسولت در خلقت و اخلاق و سخن گفتن به سوی اینان رفت و هرگاه ما مشتاق پیامبرت می شدیم به او نگاه می کردیم .»

16. Martyr is a person who has a great spirit, a spirit with Sacred goal
, who was killed in the way of faith
, someone who has not worked for himself
, one who has taken a step in the right way and the truth and virtue Imam Husayn is the greatest martyr of mankind

شهید کسی است که یک روح بزرگ دارد، روحی که هدف مقدس دارد،
کسی است که در راه عقیده کشته شده است،
کسی است که برای خودش کار نکرده است،
کسی است که در راه حق و حقیقت و فضیلت قدم برداشته است .
امام حسین بزرگترین شهید بشریت است.

17. Surely, there exists in the hearts of the believer , with respect to the martyrdom of Husayn a heat that never subsides. “Holy Prophet (PBUH)”
حضرت محمد (صلّی اللَّه علیه و آله و سلّم) : بدانید که با شهادت حسین، آتشی در دلهای مومنین ایجاد شد که هیچ گاه خاموش نخواهد شد.

18. The king of politeness and feelings

19. Do you know that…?
One of the martyr of Karbala was black and he died while his head was on the feet of Imam Husayn
آیا میدانید که..؟
یکی از شهدای کربلا سیاهپوست بوده است و در حالی که سرش بر بالین امام حسین علیه السلام بوده است به شهادت رسیده است.

20. truth is that the largest human gathering has been boycotted by the media
.Whatever the reason is,this is hiding the truth
حقیقت اینه که بزرگترین اجتماع بشری توسط رسانه ها بایکوت شده!
دلیلش هر چی که هست،مخفی کردن حقیقته
?Why do these people walk at a particular time to a specific place
?Why aren"t they worried about food and shelter
چرا این مردم در زمانی خاص،با پای پیاده به سمت محلی خاص کیلومتر ها حرکت می کنند؟!
چرا نگران غذا و مکان نیستند؟
?What are they looking for
?Why the media boycotts this gathering of 22million people and pretends that they are 4million people
به دنبال چه چیزی هستند؟
چرا رسانه ها آنها را بایکوت میکنند و جمعیت 22 میلیون را 4 میلیون معرفی می کنند؟
Young or old,they walk 80kilometers from Najaf city to Karbala on Arbaeen day...to the Hussain"s holy shrine
کوچک و بزرگ،پیر و جوان،در روز اربعین، 80 کیلومتر را از شهر نجف تا کربلا،به سمت آرامگاه حسین حرکت می کنند.
